A captain of the Kosovo Security Force has been named a “Distinguished Honor Graduate” after successfully completing the U.S. Army Special Forces Qualification Course in the United States.

Captain E.V. completed the demanding program at the U.S. Army John F. Kennedy Special Warfare Center and School, where he underwent more than eight months of intensive training from January through September 2026.

The program is the qualification pathway for the U.S. Army’s Green Berets and includes advanced training in small-unit tactics, special operations planning and leadership, as well as the 18A Special Forces Detachment Officer qualification.

The training culminated in Robin Sage, the final exercise designed to test candidates in unconventional warfare and special operations scenarios.

At the conclusion of the course, E.V. received the “Distinguished Honor Graduate” title, recognizing his high level of professional performance, leadership and dedication throughout the qualification process.

The achievement marks a significant professional milestone for the FSK and highlights Kosovo’s continued efforts to develop specialized military capabilities and strengthen interoperability with the United States and other strategic partners.
