Mbërritja dhe shpërndarja e ndihmës u konfirmuan sot nga ministrja në detyrë e Punëve të Jashtme e Republikës së Kosovës, Donika Gërvalla, përmes një njoftimi në Facebook.
Më herët, kryeministri në detyrë i Kosovës, Albin Kurti, kishte njoftuar se vendimi për ofrimin e kësaj ndihme ishte marrë në muajin janar, ndërsa realizimi i saj u bë i mundur vetëm pas marrëveshjes së fundit të paqes, të arritur nën udhëheqjen e Presidentit të Shteteve të Bashkuara të Amerikës, Donald Trump.
