Apple is preparing to release a range of new devices starting in mid-autumn this year through early 2023, according to a report by Mark Gurman.
What Gurman describes as a “flood” of products reportedly includes four iPhone 14s, a new iPad set, three Apple Watch, several updated Mac M2 and M3 laptops, Air Buds, a new HomePod, and a model new Apple TV with new specifications.
Although Apple announced at the World Developer Conference this month two new Mac laptops with their flagship M2 processor, Gurman expects to find this chip and chip variations on several other devices.
This includes the M2 Mac mini, M2 Pro Mac mini, M2 Pro / M2 Max with 14 and 16 inch Mac Book Pro as well as M2 Ultra / M2 Extra Mac Pro.
Of course there are also the much talked about Apple headset with mixed reality, which are also expected to be equipped with the M2 chip. And if that’s not enough, Gurman says the M3 processor has already begun production, and is expected to be introduced next year on 13- and 15-inch MacBook Air laptops.
It is already known that Apple is preparing to launch the iPhone 14 in the fall, and the Gurman report provides a summary of all the “rumors” that have been going on for almost a year.
Currently only the Pro 14 and Max Pro models of the iPhone 14 are expected to have the new powerful A16 chip integrated. The Pro models of the iPhone 14 are expected to have a camera with a 48MP sensor.
