Yesterday, Maria Regina’s Albanian Club presented the money collected for this month’s Albanian Independence Day to the Albanian-American Open Arms Association in the Bronx.
“Accompanied by Mrs. Izqueirdo and Mrs. Winters, students volunteered to deliver food to those in need while learning more about the organization’s mission,” the release said.
