Drake surprised fans overnight by releasing three new albums at once — Iceman, Habibti and Maid of Honour. Among the dozens of new tracks, one collaboration quickly caught the attention of Albanian fans worldwide: “Slap The City,” featuring Albanian artist Qendresa.

The song appears on Drake’s album Habibti, alongside collaborations with several major artists from the international music scene.

Qendresa is a singer, songwriter, producer and DJ from North West London with Kosovar-Albanian roots. Known for blending R&B, electronic soul and hip-hop influences, she has steadily built a name for herself in the UK’s alternative music scene over the past few years.

Fans had already started speculating about a collaboration earlier this year after Drake repeatedly shared Qendresa’s music and references connected to his new projects on social media.

The release marks a huge international moment for Albanian artists, with Qendresa now appearing on a project by one of the biggest names in global hip-hop.
