Komuniteti shqiptar në New York po përgatitet sërish për një nga ngjarjet më të mëdha kulturore të vitit — Panairin e 5-të Vjetor “Gjergj Kastrioti Skënderbeu”.
Organizatorët kanë njoftuar se festa do të mbahet të dielën, më 3 maj 2026, nga ora 12:00 deri në 18:00, në cep të Crescent Avenue dhe Arthur Avenue (610 Crescent Ave, Bronx, NY 10458), në zemër të Little Italy në Bronx.
Ky panair vjetor feston traditat shqiptare, kulturën, muzikën, ushqimin, lojërat dhe argëtimin për të gjitha moshat. Ajo që nisi si një tubim komunitar është shndërruar në një nga eventet më të mëdha shqiptaro-amerikane në New York, duke mbledhur çdo vit mijëra pjesëmarrës nën flamurin kuqezi.
Ngjarja mban emrin e heroit kombëtar Gjergj Kastrioti Skënderbeu dhe vazhdon të theksojë forcën dhe unitetin e komunitetit shqiptar në Bronx dhe më gjerë.
Edicioni i këtij viti pritet të sjellë performanca live, ushqime tradicionale shqiptare, aktivitete për familjet, biznese vendore dhe prezantime kulturore. Mundësitë për sponsorë dhe shitës janë tashmë të hapura për ata që duan të jenë pjesë e kësaj feste.
