Today, the Albanian Parliament will hold a special plenary session, where the President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelensky, is expected to speak through a video message.

The announcement of the Assembly states that the session will be held starting at 11:00.

Otherwise, Zelensky since the beginning of the war in Ukraine has addressed several parliaments, to appeal for help.
