Tirana’s Skyline Set to Transform with Grand Park Skyline Project

Share

The Grand Park Skyline project, designed by Swiss architect Valerio Olgiati, is poised to redefine Tirana’s architectural landscape. Situated at the edge of the Grand Park Lake, this premium residential complex will feature two residential towers, a hotel, and a distinctive ziggurat structure. The development encompasses 530 modern apartments, 184 top-class hotel rooms, two restaurants, a pool, a rooftop spa and gym, and over 800 underground parking spaces.

The tallest of the towers is planned to rise to 71 floors, making it one of the highest structures in the region. The project’s design emphasizes a harmonious integration with the natural surroundings of the Grand Park, aiming to offer residents and visitors panoramic views and luxury amenities. Construction is expected to commence soon, marking a significant milestone in Tirana’s urban development.
