The troops of North Macedonia will be part of KFOR in Kosovo

At today’s Government session, on the proposal of the Ministry of Defense, the decision was made to send 31 members of the Army of the Republic of Northern Macedonia to participate in the NATO operation “KFOR” in the Republic of Kosovo for a period of 6 months. , as well as the decision to send two members of the Army of the Republic of Northern Macedonia to participate in the “ANATOLIAN EAGLE 22” exercise in the Republic of Turkey.

A decision was also adopted on the approval, entry and stay of 33 members of the Southeast Europe Brigade Command from the Republic of Albania, the Republic of Bulgaria, the Republic of Greece, the Republic of Romania and the Republic of Turkey with material and technical means, motor vehicles and military equipment in the territory of the Republic of Northern Macedonia, which together with nine members of the military and civilian personnel of the URMV, will participate in the performance of duties in the Command of the Southeast European Brigade – SEEBRIG.
