According to the guide, in case of failure to act according to certain conditions after 100 days of license issuance, ERO may decide to suspend or withdraw the license for “Elektrosever”.
Only three days after placing the firm on the Roadmap for the Implementation of Energy Agreements, the first point was implemented.
But 43 days after the licensing of the Serbian company “Elektrosever” by the Energy Regulatory Office, there is no movement regarding the implementation of the document signed between Kosovo and Serbia in Brussels.
When next week half of the deadline for the implementation of the 9 points passes, the facilitators of the dialogue between the parties said that the delays are for technical reasons.
From the Kosovar side, they say that Kosovo has made all efforts to implement the roadmap agreed in June.
While not clarifying the technical aspects, the Minister of Economy blames the Serbian company for the delays in these points.
According to the guide, in case of failure to act according to certain conditions after 100 days of license issuance, ERO may decide to suspend or withdraw the license for “Elektrosever”.
However, before this decision, there must be consultations with the parties, under the mediation of the EU, within a time limit of 15 days.
