The text of the Report presented by Rapporteur Viola Von Cramon calls on the EU Council to urgently take the decision on visa liberalization for the citizens of Kosovo.

The report also includes support for Kosovo’s application for membership in the Council of Europe and its aspiration to join the European Union, as well as calls for the five member states of the European bloc, which have not yet recognized Kosovo’s independence, to to do so.
