The University of Tirana is ranked last among the main universities in the region.

In the world ranking of the quality of universities according to the “Ranking web of Universities” Albania is ranked 3,786 out of 31 thousand universities in 200 countries.

In the region, the University of Athens ranks first, followed by the Universities of Croatia, Serbia, Montenegro and Northern Macedonia.

The ‘Ranking web’ classification is based on the quality, research, performance of each university, according to the reflection they make on their web pages.

Harvard University continues to be the best university in the world. Harvard is followed by Stanford University and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
