The Minister of Foreign Affairs and Diaspora, Donika Gervalla is visiting Austria. She recently met with Austrian Minister for Europe and the Constitution Karoline Edtstadler.
The latter during the meeting said that the Kosovo-Serbia dialogue is crucial not only for stability in the region, but also for the European perspective of the Western Balkans.

She further stressed that she hopes for rapid progress on issues of practical importance to citizens in both countries in order to build mutual trust.
Edtstadler also spoke about the issue of visa liberalization, she said that Kosovo is the last country in the Western Balkans to face a visa regime.
“Kosovo has met all 95 criteria for visa liberalization and the EU Parliament has consistently spoken in favor of visa liberalization. “It is time to finally realize visa liberalization for Kosovo,” she wrote.
