NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg announced that he had a telephone conversation with Prime Minister Edi Rama, where they discussed NATO support for the people of Ukraine in this time of war.

“We can win this war,” Stoltenberg wrote in his Twitter post on Friday.

Stoltenberg and Rama also discussed how the entry of Finland and Sweden into NATO would strengthen the alliance.

“Good call with Prime Minister Edi Rama of Albania on NATO’s support to the Ukrainian people against Russia’s invasion. Ukraine can win this war. We also discussed how Finland and Sweden would strengthen our Alliance and the importance of the Open Door policy” he tweeted.
