Deputy Foreign Minister of Kosovo, Kreshnik Ahmeti has announced that his Greek counterpart, Costas Fragoyiannis, will come to Kosovo next week for an official visit.

Ahmeti announced this visit after a meeting they had with Prime Minister Kurti and his chief, Gërvalla, with Greek chief diplomat Nikos Dendias, in Athens.

“On the last day of the Delphi Forum, we met with Foreign Minister Nikos Dendias. As we continue to grow our relations between Kosovo and Greece, I look forward to welcoming my counterpart Costas Fragoyiannis to an official visit to Kosovo next week,” Ahmeti wrote on Twitter.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Kosovo has previously announced the meeting between the three leaders and gave the details of the conversation. In this forum, Kurti yesterday demanded the recognition of Kosovo’s independence by the Greek state, saying that now is the right time for this to happen.
