In the fight against pedophilia, Arlind Queriman stands as a determined advocate, drawing from personal experiences and Albanian values to protect the vulnerable. Opening up with Atlantiku about his motivation, he emphasizes, “Not enough people talk about pedophiles. There’s so many out there, especially in countries that are less strict about it, like Albania where the age is 14 years old. That needs to change.”
Arlind’s method is simple but effective. He explains, “I have a female decoy who poses as a 13-14Yr old girl on social media. She never DMs first, and guys always DM her. It’s that simple. Once the conversation gets sexual, that’s when I expose the person.”
Proud of his Albanian heritage, Arlind believes in protecting family at all costs. “If you have no family, then what’s the point? Family can mean actual family members, your friends, or even your dog or cat. They must be protected from evil individuals,” he says, highlighting the values that fuel his dedication.
Recognized by Texas News and Dallas TV for exposing a former ISD teacher, Arlind also shares the challenges faced. “Hardest thing I had to face was whenever a predator found where I live after making a video on him, getting death threats. Luckily I told him if he ever shows up to my house I am armed and ready,” he recalls. Despite YouTube terminating his channel due to strict policies on predator catching, Arlind remains determined to make a comeback.
Envisioning a positive impact, he says, “The bigger audience I get, the bigger the message gets out there and awareness for pedophiles like this. Also hopefully scare pedophiles into thinking they might get caught as well. Also getting more people arrested.” Arlind’s work not only exposes wrongdoers but also provides support to survivors. “I get stories every day about people’s experiences of getting raped, molested, and abused as a kid, and they tell me how much my work means to them. Really makes me motivated to keep exposing these creeps.”
