The “Sunny Hill” festival will be the reason that Edon Molla will return to Kosovo after many years.

As a child, Edoni had left Kosovo because of the war, so returning to his homeland is exciting.

Edon’s brother, Admir, announced this on his Facebook profile.

“My brother Edon Molla was just a baby when we were forced to flee the war and genocide in Kosovo and now he’s coming home to share the stage with Dua Lipa, J Balvin, Diplo, Skepta and many more at one of the biggest festivals musical greats. in the world” he wrote.

He has shown that their life in America has not been easy.

“God has opened many doors for us, but very few people saw the sacrifices we had to make. Through the ups and downs of growing up in a poor immigrant family in Brooklyn, we only had each other, and none of these opportunities would have been possible without the sacrifices our parents made,” he writes.

The “Sunny Hill” festival will be held in August in Pristina, after two years of absence after the pandemic.
