The Albanian-American who emigrated from Montenegro to the United States at a very young age, says that the road to success was not easy at all.
Drita Popovic now a very successful entrepreneur says that success is not achieved overnight, and that it takes a lot of work, dedication and focus.
“As an entrepreneur you work from the moment you wake up to the moment you close your eyes to sleep. No matter how difficult it gets, you still have to keep going because this is your time, your business, your life, your goals and all that you have always wanted.
Every day I wake up I learn something new and grow as a person. As a business, we are still new, but I have no doubt in my ability to grow my company into the vision I have that will help transform people’s lives not just in the US but on a Global scale.”
She is the founder of the “Finding Individualized Value & Empowerment” organization and co-founder of the “House of Pop Foundation.”
From 2017, the goal of the Popovic family foundation is to make positive changes in the lives of Albanians who faced difficulties in Montenegro, Kosovo, Albania and Macedonia.
Very soon she plans to expand the organization to her hometown, Montenegro.
“Starting House of P0P Foundation is a family-based organization committed to making a difference in the lives of people facing hardship in the Balkans. It began by raising awareness and funds for Autism Awareness and it has grown into so much more. We currently focus on Medical and Mental Health, Education, homelessness, hunger and other areas of need. We find ourselves in the right path and we hope to continue growing and moving forward in a much bigger scale.”
And the “FI5VE” organization, entrepreneur Popvovic, says she opened it with the aim of sharing her knowledge, and helping others transform their lives on a larger scale.
“I started FI5VE to share my knowledge and help transform lives in a bigger scale. As an entrepreneur, writer, humanitarian, coach and an unshakable optimist, I created a practice that helps people achieve positive change and growth by harnessing inner strength, uncovering self-motivation, and asking empowering questions. The practice highlights what I believe the 5 most important key points: Stability, Confidence, Self-Worth, Purpose and Clarity. Our mission is to support, educate and provide services to individuals and groups seeking to build mental strength and emotional intelligence.
The Albanian-American, Drita Popovic, is grateful to everyone who supported her on her journey, especially to women.
“Women are an incredible source of support. In my experience, I have had many women support my journey and continue to support my journey of success and the same support is reciprocated. I think it’s important to not just speak about women supporting women, but actually doing so. I’ve also had the pleasure of learning many lessons in the last two years and meeting some incredible women via zoom from around the world who I’ve developed these very valuable relationships. Women Empowerment is not just a fancy popular hashtag in my life, it’s a real type of support from women Globally.”
With all the commitments, Popovic has set herself another goal.To complete PhD in Human and Organizational Psychology.
“My PhD in Human and Organizational Psychology is the goal. I have already started this journey and am looking forward to the finish line. But the truth is the ultimate life goal is health and happiness. Living life with gratitude and being humbled for all that I have and simply continue working on building.”
