Florida Doçi, an accomplished Albanian researcher, has joined the ranks of one of the world’s leading tech companies, Microsoft, where she plays a pivotal role in advancing artificial intelligence (AI).

A graduate of the University of Windsor, Doçi earned degrees in Political Science and Biological Sciences & Biotechnology. She is now a key figure in Microsoft’s AI research team, focusing on the development and implementation of cutting-edge AI technologies for the company’s global products.
