Not only models, but also the Albanian school “Alba Life” we have a lot of fun, writes Emilia’s mother.
Emili Arifaj is a young student just registered at the Albanian School “Alba Life” Ambassador of the Nation in the Bronx, in the premises of the “Illyria” Center provided by Mr. Mark Gjonaj “Honour of the Nation”. She is in the junior age group class. Her eyes light up with joy when she comes near the Albanian School in the Bronx, even though she is just beginning to learn the Albanian language. Like rose petals, they all gather near the classroom under the care of teacher Norela and begin to focus on learning the letters of the Alphabet.
Then in the last hour of the lesson they come out and dance hand in hand like Easter brides under the rhythm of the music of the song “My cockroach, my cockroach” being applauded by the parents who are the best and most beloved spectators. I saw her modeling photos on F/B in the biggest social network published by Emilia’s mom, Mirela.
She writes: “Thank you Uncle Fadil Berisha! Model, star, future artist Emili Arifaj”. Of course, following the students of Bronx very carefully since the beginning of this academic year 2022-2023, I was excited and felt an excitement in my soul that one of our students models and is photographed by the world-famous master of photography, Fadil Berisha.
Mami Mirela writes to me about my excitement: Kozeta Zylo, thank you very much! We like not only models, but also the Albanian school. My joy doubles, multiplies to infinity as the goal of the National Mission has been achieved: “Students learn the Albanian language with love”.
I took a look at all the photos and videos we have of this year’s work in the classrooms with the purpose and inspiration of Maestro Berisha and I thought that Emilia’s future is full of success, full of beautiful dreams. So as a teacher I naturally feel honest because I see my past in their eyes and they see their future in my model and that of all educators during their lives.
Until then, we wish you to grow up healthy and with a pure Albanian language like the blessed waters of sweet Valbone and the future model Emili.
