US President Joe Biden has said he is concerned that Russian President Vladimir Putin has no way out of the war in Ukraine.

Speaking at a political fundraiser on the outskirts of Washington on Monday, Biden said Putin had mistakenly believed that the invasion of Ukraine would dismantle NATO and the European Union.

As he adds that instead, the US and many European countries have gathered on the Ukrainian side, writes Aljazeera.

Biden said Putin was a very calculating man and the problem he was worried about now was that the Russian leader “has no way out now and I’m trying to figure out what we’re doing about it.”
