Austrian MEP Lukas Mandl has asked Serbia to recognize Kosovo as soon as possible.

Mandl said in a Twitter post that he did not know that there would be an alternative for Europeans aiming for the path to the EU, as in the case of Serbia.

The experience of Damascus, an expression that the MEP mentioned to the Serbian president, means an experience that totally changes the way of thinking about something, in this case the recognition of Kosovo’s independence.
