French President Emmanuel Macron has said there is “clear evidence” today of war crimes in Ukraine and that the Russian military appears to be responsible.

He said new sanctions were needed in response to what happened in Bucha.

Macron added that France would need to coordinate with European allies.

“Those responsible must pay for what happened,” he said, according to SkyNews.
