Captain Shkëlqim Raci, an officer of the Kosovo Security Force (KSF), has successfully completed the Captain’s Career Course in Logistics at the Army Sustainment University, Fort Lee, Virginia, USA.

He was honored with the prestigious “Distinguished International Honor Graduate” award – a recognition given only to international students who demonstrate outstanding academic and professional performance during their training.
