Suzzana Shkreli, the first Albanian-American and the first woman to oversee the Michigan State Lottery, has just earned a major honor—she’s been selected as part of the Oakland Together 40 Under 40 class of 2025!
Currently serving as the Commissioner of the Michigan Lottery, Shkreli is recognized not only for her groundbreaking leadership in state government but also for representing the Albanian-American community at the highest levels. This prestigious award celebrates young professionals making a powerful impact in Oakland County, Michigan.
Born to Albanian immigrant parents, Suzzana has been a trailblazer throughout her career, previously serving as a federal prosecutor and community advocate. Her selection to the 40 Under 40 list solidifies her status as one of the top rising leaders in the state.
