Uta Ibrahimi has successfully completed the ascent of all 14 of the world’s highest mountains over 8,000 meters. Her final summit was Kanchenjunga, the third-highest mountain in the world, located in the Himalayas and known as one of the most dangerous climbs.

With this accomplishment, Uta becomes the first person from the Balkans and the first Albanian woman to complete all 14 peaks.

Uta Ibrahimi was born in Mitrovica, Kosovo. She is the founder of UTAA Adventure and serves as a UN Sustainable Development Goals Champion. She has previously climbed peaks such as Everest, K2, Lhotse, Makalu, and Annapurna, among others.

This achievement places her among a small group of mountaineers worldwide who have completed the 14×8000 challenge.
