Osmani explains why the Association of municipalities with a Serbian majority in Kosovo is still not being formed, adding that it “supports any initiative that is not in conflict with the Constitution of the Republic of Kosovo”.
She also talks about the dialogue with Serbia, while regarding the issue of visa liberalization for Kosovo, she says that she is a “cautious optimist”.
As for the non-implementation of the decision of the Constitutional Court for the land of Deçan Monastery, Osmani says that that decision is based “on discriminatory decisions of the time of Milosevic” and adds that Kosovo should be “careful about the precedent that is created by such a decision “.
