Gjeravica
Gjeravica is the highest peak in Kosovo and a real attraction for nature lovers that any amateur climber can conquer. After a one-hour jeep ride from Junik, it takes about four to six hours of hiking to reach the summit. The reward: a spectacular view and a swim in one of the glacial lakes.
Rugova
Rugova is located not far from Gjeravica in the Peja region. The region impresses with its mountains, forests, rivers and lakes. In recent years, more and more foreign tourists have discovered Rugova – and rightly so.

Artana
Artana is one of the most important places in Kosovo in terms of the country’s medieval history. Over 50’000 inhabitants once lived in this city, the population consisted of Saxon miners, Ottomans, Cossacks, Albanians, Slavs and many other peoples who were brought to this country to work in the silver mines. Actually, Artana was a modern day New York or London in the Middle Ages as it was a real metropolis that provided jobs for people skilled in the art of silver mining and silver processing.
Brezovica ski center
There is one main reason to come to Brezovica: skiing. It is the most visited winter destination in Kosovo. Brezovica has 16 kilometers of slopes with an average length of four kilometers. The place serves as a training center for the Kosovar winter sports teams.

Lakes of Mirusha
Lakes, breathtaking gorges and beautiful fauna: a visit to the Mirusha Lakes is definitely worth a trip. But be careful: there are many lizards and some snakes on the way.

Gadimes Cave
It is 1500 meters long, but for tourists it is only possible to see the first 1300 meters of the cave, as passages are not yet possible for the rest of the cave passages. Gadimes Cave is the most popular stalactite cave in Kosovo and currently the only one open to visitors. What makes the cave special is the aragonite, which is rarely found as cave decoration.
